Your Health is Your Greatest Asset – Take Care of It!
Dear Friends of the Round Table Family,
Our dedication to making a difference in the world is invaluable. But how often do we give our own health the same level of care and attention?
Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers among men, yet regular check-ups are often overlooked. It’s not a taboo subject – it’s a matter of responsibility to ourselves, our families, and our friends.
The 41 International initiative to raise awareness about prostate health is a timely reminder of the importance of regular health checks. A simple test could save your life – maybe even yours.
You can take your first step right here and now by completing this Prostate Health Check:
➡️ Prostate Health Check
This check is not a replacement for professional medical advice, but it’s an important starting point to assess your risk and take further action if needed.
So, here’s my personal appeal: Make time for your health! Schedule your annual check-up, take the prostate health test, and talk to your doctor about cancer screening. Encourage those around you to do the same.
Together, we can not only change the world but ensure we remain part of this great movement for many more years to come.
Take care of yourselves – your health is worth it!
Yours sincerely,
Steve James

Prostate Cancer Awareness
Welcome to the information pages of the 41 International Health Initiative on prostate cancer. Here you will find comprehensive information as well as our user-friendly prostate health checker.
What is the Prostate?
The prostate is a walnut-sized gland that grows with age. It is located below the bladder and surrounds the urethra. Its primary function is to produce prostate fluid, a component of semen.
Three Main Prostate Issues
1. Prostate Cancer
Prostate cancer often develops slowly and remains unnoticed for a long time. In some cases, however, it can grow aggressively and spread throughout the body. Early detection significantly increases the chances of recovery.
2. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
BPH is a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate that can affect urinary flow. It commonly occurs in men over 50. Symptoms can be improved through adjusted fluid intake, medication, or surgical intervention.
3. Prostatitis
An inflammation of the prostate, usually caused by an infection, which can lead to pain and urinary problems.
