Today is officially International Friendship Day, which celebrates friendships all over the world.
Being part of our organisation supports the realisation that we are truly a worldwide movement that makes such a difference in all quarters of the globe and that lives are improved and changed.
“Our world faces many challenges, crises and forces of division — such as poverty, violence, and human rights that undermine peace, security, development and social harmony among the world’s peoples.
To confront those crises and challenges, their root causes must be addressed by promoting and defending a shared spirit of human solidarity that takes many forms — the simplest of which is friendship.
Through friendship — by accumulating bonds of camaraderie and developing strong ties of trust — we can contribute to the fundamental shifts that are urgently needed to achieve lasting stability, weave a safety net that will protect us all, and generate passion for a better world where all are united for the greater good.”
Friendships forged through 41International/Round Table/Tangent/Ladies Circle and our fellow associations mean so much to so many, the members, their families and the hearts of many that are touched by the community projects that are supported by our members.
I will never underestimate the power of your friendships through 41Club International and the New Horizons and experiences it offers.
