President’s Theme 2026–2027 – Let’s build our future
Introduction
The presidential year 2026–2027 builds upon the successful strategy introduced during the previous term under the guiding principle „Members First“. Rather than introducing completely new priorities, this year focuses on continuity, sustainable development and the consistent implementation of long-term initiatives.
It connects the previous strategic focus with the new Theme
“Let’s build our future”.
The objective is to strengthen 41 INTERNATIONAL as a modern, globally connected organization that creates value for every member while supporting its National Associations and developing future generations of leaders. This strategic vision is built upon the House of Excellence model, which provides the framework for sustainable growth, strong governance, and organizational excellence.
Strategic Direction
A structured, at least three-year development roadmap will ensure continuity between presidential years. Strategic priorities will be aligned with future leadership, allowing projects to mature over several years instead of changing annually.
This approach provides stability, measurable progress and better cooperation between International, Regional and National levels.
1. Accolades & Recognition
Recognition remains an important instrument for motivating volunteers. Presidential Medals, 41er of the Year, Association of the Year and Membership Growth Awards will celebrate outstanding commitment, innovation and sustainable growth.
2. Leadership Development
Leadership development will increasingly be organised through the future regional structure. Young leaders will receive opportunities to develop management, communication and international cooperation skills through mentoring and practical responsibilities.
3. Health First
The successful Health First programme continues with special attention to “prostate cancer awareness” and in the future “mental health”. The objective is to promote prevention, education and wellbeing among members and their communities.
4. The 41 Academy
The Academy will continue evolving into a global learning platform offering webinars, seminars and knowledge exchange. Experienced members will share expertise while future leaders gain access to continuous learning opportunities.
Community Service and Growth
Meaningful community service increases the visibility and attractiveness of Club 41. Strong service projects encourage Round Tablers to remain active after their RT career.
The relationship with Round Table will continue under the principle of ‚Side by Side – Never Competition‘, strengthening the entire Round Table Family.
Communication and Digital Development
Digital communication will become more integrated across all associations. The .41erWORLD platform shall become the standard communication environment, supported by improved digital collaboration and stronger exchange between regions.
Governance and Standards
Further work will continue the PPP Handbook (Policies, Protocols and Procedures), clearer definition of responsibilities, harmonized bidding procedures for international events and transparent financial governance. Further guidelines defining the structure, responsibilities, and governance of the newly established regions will be developed and implemented. In addition, clear financial guidelines and a revised membership fee structure will be introduced to ensure transparency, consistency, and long-term sustainability.
Presidential Charity
The “Elite LEAD Academy” in Kenya will serve as the Presidential Charity Project.
As the successor to the successful and long standing “School of Hope” initiative, the Academy supports early childhood education, teacher development and practical training opportunities. The project perfectly reflects the strategic focus on education and sustainable community development.
Conclusion
The presidential year 2026–2027 represents continuity with purpose. By investing in leadership, education, recognition and service, 41 INTERNATIONAL will continue building a stronger organisation for current and future members.
Together we will strengthen our fellowship, expand our global impact and ensure that our organisation continues to grow with confidence and vision.
